Gordon strives to make your "last mile" experience as smooth as possible.

It starts as soon as you place your order with one of our partners. We will then receive information about the order. We send out SMS both before we have received your order and throughout the supply chain. 

You can whenever you want to update your personal information for this particular order if you want some special delivery instructions.

Once the day has come, your order is loaded on one of our refrigerated trucks and driven out according to a predetermined loop. Gordon uses advanced algorithms to calculate the most efficient driving loop, so that your order arrives on time with as low an environmental impact as possible.

As your delivery approaches, you will receive an update SMS that we are nearby. You can then follow where your order is and see live when the driver approaches.

Once on site, your instructions are followed and delivery is carried out on your terms. If you have not chosen for the order to be delivered outside your door, you will be met by one of our professional Gordoneers who will deliver your order.
